Anne-Sofie advises Danish and international companies on the protection and enforcement of trademark and design rights, copyright, and marketing law. She is one of Patrade’s leading design specialists, with expertise in both securing appropriate protection and enforcing design rights. She also assists clients in complex intellectual property litigation and has extensive experience with cases involving product imitations and infringements of trademarks and design rights.
