Launch of the Danish National Action Plan for Textiles

On 2 October 2026, the Danish National Action Plan for Textiles will be launched – a joint Danish framework setting the direction for a more circular textile sector.

Minister for Climate, Energy and Utilities Samira Nawa will launch the action plan together with the consortium behind it: Danish Fashion & Textile, Lifestyle and Design Cluster and TRACE.

The action plan brings together companies, industry organisations, public-sector stakeholders, knowledge institutions and civil society around a shared ambition: to help reduce textile production and consumption, thereby reducing the overall climate and environmental impact of textiles, while strengthening the competitiveness of the sector through the transition.

At the launch, you can meet companies and discover projects showcasing concrete examples of how new solutions are already changing the way we design, produce, use and recirculate textiles.

Registration for in-person attendance closed on 28 September, and a waiting list was subsequently established. Unfortunately, we are no longer accepting additional registrations for the waiting list.
