Together, they have developed two future scenarios for the European furniture industry in 2040. During the webinar, they will present these scenarios and invite participants to discuss what it will take—and how we, as an industry, can work together—to move as close as possible to the most desirable future.
The two scenarios are not predictions. They are tools for exploring how different choices can lead the industry in different directions.
The analysis demonstrates that the transition will only succeed if businesses, policymakers and other stakeholders work together to develop new solutions. Regulation, innovation and collaboration across the value chain must reinforce one another if the industry is to unlock the full potential of circular business models.
