Promotion of Danish furniture companies and design schools at Milan Furniture Fair 2014
Danish LIVINGroom
The Danish Trade Council in Italy and Innonet Lifestyle – Interior & Clothing are the initiators of the third version of the Danish joint concept Danish LIVNGroom, which takes place at this years furniture fair in Milan. The exhibition gathers 25 of the leading design manufacturers of design from across the country to a wide exhibition.
Danish LIVINGroom let´s you experience the Nordic spirit portrayed in exciting colourful interpretations of Danish living rooms. Great master pieces from the past are displayed alongside new, innovative and experimental designs. Handcrafted wood and beautiful textiles, using intense colours, white tableaus of accessories in porcelain, brass, copper and glass, all of which tell a colourful story about those living there.

DANISH MADE
Alongside the promotion of Danish furniture companies, three of the leading Danish design and architect schools have joined forces to present, in the DANISH MADE exhibition, a comprehensive range of current and experimental furniture design.
The schools are The Royal Danish Academy of Fine Arts Schools of Architecture, Design and Conservation, Aarhus School of Architecture and TEKO Design + Business Via University College. The schools are exhibiting at the joint stand while Design school Kolding has their own exhibition named the “Tube” just outside of Il Salone in Milan in Ventura Lambrate area, which is dominated by international institutions and emerging talents.
The Danish design and architecture schools are branded under the name DANISH MADE. Danish Made is a part of Innonet – Lifestyle, Interior and Clothing and is supported by Kvadrat A/S, Expotape, COOP DK and Fritz Hansen.
