The interdisciplinary CE team on road tour visiting 16 companies in Central Region Jutland
The interdisciplinary CE team – consisting of Lifestyle & Design Cluster, Business Development Centre Central Denmark and related business consultants, has been on a roadtour to help 16 companies develop a sustainable business model as a part of the project project ‘Focused Value Chain Cooperation’. The meetings have all taken place with the firms themselves in Central Denmark with focus on production, business strategies and value chains. Lifestyle & Design Cluster has specially developed a number of value chain icons that has been used as a method to identify the challenges in sustainability and value chain.
The project is in phase 3.1, which deals with the development of a sustainable business model with the company. After phase 3/1 completed project with a value chain matchmaking phase where companies are introduced to people or companies that can help them on their journey towards a more sustainable strategy.
The project has been very rewarding for both partly individual companies, but also for the common learning and development of new methods that come out of a development processes like this.
